At our hotel, we are implementing the following measures as part of measures against infectious diseases.
(2) Request to customers
・ To prevent the spread of infection, please refrain from going out if you have symptoms such as suffocation, fatigue, cough, sore throat, and fever.
・ For all guests staying at the hotel, please fill in the physical condition of the day upon arrival.
※If you are in poor physical condition, we may refuse to stay even if you make a reservation.
・As required by Kumamoto government, please disinfect your hands and check your body temperature when entering to the ryokan and the restaurants or banquets.
・ If you are not feeling well, please contact the staff nearby.
【About parking on arrival】
Please follow the guidance of the staff and park a car by yourself.
【At the time inside】
We have installed automatic thermometers and disinfection at multiple locations in the hotel.
【Dining】
We disinfect the dining room on a regular basis. In addition, each room is automatically ventilated.
【Communal Bath】
In hot spring of our hotel, there is an open-air bath where you can spend a relaxing time. We also have rooms with open-air baths.
* We carry out regular disinfection of lockers, dryers, etc.
* There is a limit on the number of people when using the sauna room.
【Other facilities】
The following facilities may be closed or reduced in time:

・ Bar “Yuba-gawa”
・ Dining “Sakura” / Dining “Sagara Hanakoji”
